We're still alive!

I don't have a lot of time to provide a full update, but HB 4091 is still alive... The short version of this is that I spoke with a representataive from PEIA on the drive back and he informed me that a proposal was hand delivered to Delegate White late this afternoon which contains portions of the bill that they believe they can do. I don't know what this is at this time, but after speaking with this individual, it seems that we can work out an agreement on the bill. I'm not sure what we will end up with here, but it will be a START!!! I will post updates as often as possible to keep you all informed as to what is going on here...
