Introduction of ASD Insurance Bill for WV

On 01/09/08 (the first day of the session), Senators Kessler and Bowman introduced SB 146.

Also on 01/09/08, last year's House Bill 3086 was re-introduced in this year's session as it was in last year's session - same sponsors.

Finally, on 01/18/08, HB 4091 was introduced, received the maximum amount of sponsors of 11 Delegates, and varies from SB 146 and HB 3086 where ADD and ADHD was removed from the verbiage of the bill.
