It seems that ever since HB 4091, I have heard Ginger McAllister has practically lived at the capitol. She's spoke with as many Delegates as her time has allowed, and has done a fabulous job of creating awareness about the insurance bill. She has also done a great job of getting others in the area involved by emailing, calling and showing up to the capitol. Ginger has been a very important huge in creating and keeping momentum going on this bill.
