I received a GREAT idea from Kathy Fuller, Executive Director of the Augusta Levy Learning Center. She suggested a Protest Rally sometime next week (last week of session), of which I think this is an awesome idea!!! It lets all of our elected officials know how we REALLY feel about this decision and would be great for the media to cover...
The thing is that we would need a really good turn out for this... Having somewhere between 20-30 people won't do it - not even close!!! We will need EVERYONE to show up for this with signs and ready to let them all know where we stand on this issue. So, I am up for this protest rally, but we will need the support and attendence from most - if not all of you reading this blog that supports our insurnace bill.
